in this video, the genoa is not taken off, but I think we should.

Genoa (sail) is a type of large jib or staysail that extends past the mast and so overlaps the main sail when viewed from the side.

• if Genoa is still on, please take the genoa sheets out.

• the Furler line

• Take the furler line out

• Make a stopper knot at the end of the Furler line

• pull it as shown below

• unscrew the bolt

• put the bolt away, and the boom is loose

• move the boo from stern to bow side

• Using the old bolt to fasten the book like this

• If the book is too high, lower it

• Fasten the block system the other end here

• Place the Spninaker hallyard right on the boom 48:00 ???

¶Tie the spninaker hallyard(is a line (or rope) ) to the reefing eye

• pull spninaker hallyard through this pole

• tie with two loops or three

¶How to take off the forestay

• pull down the blocking system line

• After you did the above procedure, the forestay should be loose

• take the pin off(never use the circular shape pin)

• now take out the pin and loosen the forestay

• put the forestay on the port side, if you have two people, let the other hold it
