§How to Ease the Mast Down

You can do it by yourself, or with a extra person's help. You could do it on the trailer or in the water.

• go back to cabin, and release the block system line, and you will see the mast is going down toward the stern side

• the line will become heavier and heavier when mast is going down further

• let it keep on going down and sit on Mast Bucket

¶ Get the Boom down

• secure the blocak system line then lower the boom

• by releasing the spinacle halyard, but holding tight in your hand

• releasing slowly

• at the end, take over by hand and out it down like this

• take off the block system line

• Secure the block system line for next rasing the mast

• take off this pole

• set the boom ins the center, so that it will not fall into water

  • and take out the spinacle halyard

§Prepare to move the mast forward

• unpluck all the deck cable

• you can leave the sheets at the stopper, but you have to pull it to give a little slack

§The mast supporter

• it can be in only one position

• you need minimum 70 Kilos to move the mast forward, more weight at the mast end

• take the pin out,

• the mast will be free as a see-saw

• pull it forware toward the stern, about a meter it will be balanced

  • give some slacks to hallayard

• move all the way till like this,

  • watch out for lines

• or leave the pole one meter behind the trailer

  • move it little up for accessing winddex and others
