- Manual User Creation
As an admin, you can manually create user accounts and then send login details to users:
Create User Account: In the admin dashboard, create a new user account by entering their information.
Send Login Details: Provide them with their login credentials and the URL to your Rocket.Chat instance.
Subject: Welcome to [Your Company] Rocket.Chat!
Body:
Hi [User's Name],
Welcome to [Your Company]!
Your Rocket.Chat account has been created. You can now start collaborating with your team. Here are your login details:
Rocket.Chat URL: https://munetaka.me:43887/
Username: [Username]
Password: [Password] (if applicable)
To log in, click on the link above and enter your credentials. If you have any questions or need help with your account, feel free to contact us at alexlai@h2Jammy.yushei.net
