§Compile Python from Source
When you are using ubuntu, sometime you have to wait for the most recent stable release of Pyton. We might as well do it by own own.

Prerequisites
- Centos
$ sudo dnf install wget yum-utils make gcc openssl-devel bzip2-devel libffi-devel zlib-devel
- Ubuntu 20.04
- sudo apt update
- sudo apt install -y build-essential checkinstall
- sudo apt install libncursesw5-dev libssl-dev libsqlite3-dev tk-dev libgdbm-dev libc6-dev libbz2-dev
- libreadline-gplv2-dev not available now
- ubuntu 22.04
- sudo apt update
- sudo apt install -y build-essential checkinstall
- sudo apt install libreadline-dev libncursesw5-dev libssl-dev libsqlite3-dev tk-dev libgdbm-dev libc6-dev libbz2-dev

please run ./configure --enable-optimizations
